Overview

The Junior Sailing Program is for children 8-17, beginners and advanced sailors.  The program emphasizes fun, sportsmanship, safety and sailing skill development.

Staff

All instructors are certified by US Sailing and also certified in First Aid and CPR.


Age Range

8 - 17 years

Instruction Groups

Students are grouped based on age, skill and desires.  Younger sailors are taught in Opti sailboats and older sailors are taught in Club 420.  Sailors are further divided into Beginners, Intermediate and Racers.

Schedule

All classes meet Monday through Friday.
Opti Beginners: 9:00 - 12:00
Opti/420 - Advanced 1:00 - 4:00
