BHYC Fun Racing OPEN RACING – Thursday Evening and Saturday Afternoons Throughout the Summer Races are open to all BHYC and Boothbay Harbor One Design Association members and their sailboats. In addition, races are open to all non-member boats up upon payment of a one-time race fee as described in the Notice of Race.  Boats can provide a current PHRF-NE certificate.  Boats without valid or provisional 2010 PHRF-NE racing handicap certificates will be handicapped by the BHYC Race Committee based on PHRF-NE handicaps of similar boats, their knowledge of the boat, and past results.
